We are now seeking a Materials Supply Strategy Specialist for an extended consulting assignment in Stockholm. Here you will have a key role in developing and streamlining materials supply while the organization faces the implementation of a new national warehouse and equipment system. About the Assignment As a Materials Supply Strategy Specialist, you will work with developing, coordinating, and improving processes, routines, and logistical flows related to central materials supply. You will be an important part of the organization's development work and contribute to ensuring an efficient and sustainable supply chain. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and offers an exciting combination of operational follow-up and strategic development work. The assignment is a full-time temporary position based in Stockholm and is expected to last approximately 14 months with the possibility of extension. Your Main Responsibilities - Develop, coordinate, and implement efficient processes and working methods within materials supply and logistics - Participate in the implementation of a new warehouse management system based on Dynamics 365 - Monitor, analyze, and develop statistics, forecasts, and key performance indicators - Work with inventory management, stock replenishment, and purchasing forecasts - Identify improvement opportunities within logistics and supply flows - Participate in organization-wide collaboration on logistics and materials supply - Contribute to process development that increases efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability Who Are You?
