As a tower technician, you'll work with installation, commissioning, and service of mobile network equipment at various sites, from rooftops and industrial facilities to masts and towers in both urban environments and forests. The work is often performed at height and includes both technical assembly, troubleshooting, and configuration. The role also involves frequent business travel, where you'll work on projects and installations across large parts of Sweden. The role is broad and gives you the opportunity to work with everything from mobile network equipment and radio solutions to fiber, transmission, and some network equipment. Examples of work tasks: · Preparation of materials and equipment · Assembly of antennas and hardware in mast environments · Installation of power cables and fiber · Installation and configuration of technical equipment · Commissioning of mobile network sites · Service, troubleshooting, and upgrades of existing installations You'll work together with experienced colleagues in a small team where collaboration is an important part of daily work. Travel occurs to varying degrees throughout Sweden. For longer assignments, accommodation is provided at hotels. The industry is often driven by customer projects and needs, which means planning can sometimes change on short notice.
