In this recruitment, we are partnering with Wikan Personal. Your Responsibilities Do you want to take the next step as a vehicle technician and become a key person in the workshop? As a Master Technician at Bilmånsson, you will have a qualified role working with advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and technical development. You don't need to know Renault from the start – with the right technical foundation and drive, we ensure you receive training and tools to succeed. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for complex technical matters and serve as a technical role model for colleagues. You will contribute to developing both work methods and competence in the workshop, and your responsibilities include: • Performing advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs • Providing technical support and serving as a sounding board for the workshop team • Analyzing recurring problems and finding long-term solutions • Introducing new models, systems, and work methods • Maintaining ongoing dialogue with the general agent's technical support when needed • Training and supporting colleagues on technical matters • Ensuring work is performed according to high standards of quality, safety, and documentation Your Background/Your Qualities • Vehicle technology training • At least 5 years of experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and technical problem-solving • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical, and hybrid systems • Experience with digital diagnostic tools and manufacturer systems • Ability to work independently and make technical decisions • Teaching ability and willingness to develop others • Good Swedish and basic English in speaking and writing • Category B driver's license Meritorious: experience with Renault or Dacia.
