Job Description We are looking for someone who wants to work in a central role where you can combine material planning, invoicing, and improvement work. As Master Scheduler with us, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient flow from forecast and material supply to delivery and invoicing. You will be a key player in optimizing both production and working capital, while contributing to the development and efficiency of our working methods. The role involves close collaboration with several functions, such as procurement, production, program, logistics, and Finance. You work both operatively and analytically and are expected to plan and structure your own day, where the pace can be high periodically – especially during quarter changes and year-end closing. Your main areas of responsibility: You will work broadly within both material planning and invoicing, where your tasks include: • Develop forecasts for spare parts based on statistical analysis • Ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels and working capital • Update control parameters and create purchase requisitions • Coordinate material needs and participate in planning and supplier meetings • Work with ongoing invoicing and follow up on invoiced and non-invoiced items • Ensure data quality and manage discrepancies, such as price variances • Support month-end and year-end closings where the focus is on ensuring correct invoicing • Participate in reconciliations with Finance and operations An important part of the role is also to contribute to the development and efficiency of working methods: • Identify opportunities for process automation • Develop analysis tools and improve forecast accuracy • Streamline workflows and reduce manual work • Contribute to business development within both material planning and invoicing Qualifications To succeed in the role, we see that you have a combination of analytical ability, structure, and drive: • University degree in Supply Chain, economics, or similar • Experience within Supply Chain, logistics, invoicing, or administrative work • Very good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with SAP • Fluent in Swedish and English As a person, you are: • Structured and thorough, with strong ability to handle large amounts of data • Self-driven and confident in planning your own time • Flexible and comfortable during periods of high workload • Solution-oriented with a strong focus on improvement • A team player with good collaboration skills and ability to build networks What We Offer: With us, you will get a varied and development-oriented role with great personal responsibility and good opportunities to make an impact: • A central role in the organization with many contact points • Opportunity to work both operatively and strategically • Great opportunity to contribute to improvements and efficiency • A dynamic work environment where development is in focus Does this sound interesting?
