Master Data Steward / Article Validator Wanted for Established Company

As an Article Validator with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our master data, which is key to achieving our strategic goals. You'll be part of our dynamic Master Data Team and work closely with operational departments to ensure accurate article information and attributes. You'll be responsible for validating and approving article data and communicating with suppliers to ensure the highest possible standards. We have our headquarters in our large, modern facility in Solna Business Park where we work on-site 3 days per week. This position is a consulting assignment via Adecco with a planned start as soon as possible. Your main tasks include: - Validation and updating of master data in business systems and legacy systems - Quality assurance of article information via GDS and DMR - Communication with suppliers regarding incoming data errors - Collaboration on process and system support development - Reprocessing of incorrect messages and much more. About you: We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, who is thorough, communicative, and has the ability to work effectively in a team while having the initiative to drive your work forward. Your understanding of the big picture and your ability to act proactively will be crucial to your success in this role. You must also be fluent in both Swedish and English.
