In 2027, our current site manager will retire after many years in the business. We are therefore seeking a new site manager who wants to take over and together with us continue to develop Mästarna G Persson in Östersund. We are now recruiting a site manager for Östersund. In 2018, in connection with a change of ownership, the name was changed to Mästarna G Persson and the company is now part of a group together with, among others, Mästarna Måleri & Golv in Sundsvall-Härnösand-Sollefteå. The name changed but customers today meet the same skilled craftspeople and competent project managers as before. The company offers a range of services within painting, facade, flooring and carpet installation. We think the name Mästarna suits us as it stands for both skill and alludes to the title master painter. Best in class, that is how we want to be perceived and the goal is that both the customer and we should feel like winners. That requires a Master! Responsibilities In your role as site manager in Östersund, you report to the CEO and have responsibility for operations, personnel, results and work environment. The work team consists of approximately 20 employees - supervisors and craftspeople in painting, carpet installation and masonry work. Project management is a large part of your daily work. You lead and distribute assignments, with tasks in both the public and private sectors, where many of the assignments are within framework agreements. You have contact with customers, respond to tenders via public procurement and distribute incoming assignments. Your role also includes supporting employees and providing them with good conditions to carry out their work with both good quality and efficiency. The assignments carried out are typically within Östersund municipality. Administrative support functions exist within HR/Payroll, KMA and Accounting. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with leadership experience and experience in production planning for assignments and optimal resource allocation. You have previous experience from the craftspeople industry and experience in being able to cost calculate and price various assignments economically. As a person, you appreciate building and maintaining good relationships and place great value on having good contact with both customers and employees. You are communicative, organized and see the value of planning ahead. We also appreciate that you like to achieve goals and show results.
