Xllenta is now seeking a trained massage therapist/esthetician for an exclusive and well-renowned facility in northeast Stockholm. The client is confidential at this stage and will be presented during the first dialogue with qualified candidates. You will become an important part of the daily operations in a premium facility with spa, fitness, and personalized service. The role is a combination of treatments, reception, customer contact, and light administrative tasks. This means the position is not solely comprised of massage treatments throughout the workday, but rather offers a varied work environment where you meet customers, maintain order, contribute to the overall experience, and serve as a trusted presence on site. About the Role In this role, you work closely with both customers and colleagues in a discreet and exclusive environment. You greet visitors, perform massage treatments, manage bookings, and assist with the ongoing operations of the facility. You will work with: Massage treatments and customized customer service Reception, bookings, and customer contact via phone, email, and in person Welcoming customers and members Selling and recommending products Light administrative tasks Practical duties related to daily operations Contributing to a calm, professional, and exclusive customer experience Training will be provided on the products, procedures, and treatments used at the facility. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is a trained massage therapist and wants to work in an environment where service, customer care, and quality are just as important as the treatment itself. You need to be confident in customer interactions, have an eye for detail, and understand the importance of professional and discreet conduct. The role suits you if you enjoy variety and are comfortable both working practically with treatments and taking responsibility for reception, customer service, and daily operations. We'd like you to: Be a trained and certified massage therapist Have experience with massage or other professional treatments Be service-oriented, presentable, and confident with customers Have good interpersonal skills, attention to order and detail Be organized and comfortable with basic administrative tasks Enjoy sales and advising customers on products Be able to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations Thrive in an exclusive, calm, and quality-conscious environment Experience from spa, hotel, clinic, reception, beauty, fitness, or other premium service environments is a plus.
