About the role As an equipment rental specialist, you are a key person in the operation and an important ambassador for Derome. You are responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing professional service, guiding customers to the right solutions, and ensuring a smooth rental process. Your work tasks include: Building long-term customer relationships through engaged and professional interaction Identifying customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions Working with service, sales, and advisory Handling and administering our rental inventory Ensuring that customers feel secure and well cared for throughout the rental process Who are you?
