About the Role In your role as a setter, you will play a crucial role in our production. Your main responsibility will be to set up and change tooling in our injection molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will work on-site and in close collaboration with other departments to maintain our high quality standards. The position also involves working two-shift and daytime schedules, which gives you the opportunity to adjust your work schedule according to your needs. We are looking for an initiative-taking and flexible person who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is ready to take on new challenges. Qualifications To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: Experience working as a setter in injection molding (mandatory). Good knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool changes (mandatory). Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine settings (mandatory). It is advantageous if you have: Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance engineering. Experience with industrial control systems and automation. Understanding of quality systems and the importance of documentation. Key Responsibilities Your main duties will include: Setting up and changing tooling in injection molding machines. Optimizing process parameters to achieve high quality and productivity. Starting up and adjusting machines according to production orders. Troubleshooting and resolving issues during operational disruptions. Documenting settings and process changes. Collaborating with the quality and production departments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Following workplace health and safety regulations. Creating and maintaining robot programs.
