What Does the Role Offer?
As a machinist, you will become part of an engaged production team where quality, collaboration, and efficiency are in focus. You will work with manufacturing components for the company's products in a modern production environment with advanced equipment. The machinist role offers varied tasks and excellent opportunities to develop your expertise in wood processing and mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine monitoring and wood processing in the production process
Manufacturing of components in a modern industrial environment
Rotation between different work stations and tasks
Preventive maintenance and basic servicing of machines and equipment
Work on a 2-shift schedule (day and evening shifts)
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience from the manufacturing industry and an interest in technology and production. If you have experience with mechanical wood processing, such as edge banding, planing, sanding, or CNC-controlled machines, that is a merit. Experience with CNC machine programming, preferably Biesse, or edge banding machines from Homag is seen as an extra plus.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and collaborate well with others. You are flexible, engaged, and thrive in an environment where development, continuous improvement, and shared goals are in focus.
