Machine Operator

We are a company in Staffanstorp that extrudes plastic profiles. Our profiles are used in the window industry, kitchens and bathrooms, construction, greenhouse industry, and more. We are in immediate need of hiring a machine operator. You will work 2-shift rotation. Every other week you work 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and every other week 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. The job involves starting, running, monitoring, and taking responsibility for the production process of multiple machines. Setting up, adjusting, and dismantling machines. Supplying the machine with material. Performing inspections/measurements. Packaging and keeping your work area organized. Tool maintenance. The person we are looking for needs to have basic technical competence. The ability to use tools and machines. You must be able to follow instructions and procedures both verbally and in writing and work carefully. The person also needs good collaboration skills and an interest in helping where needed. We would like you to be quality-conscious and able to use measuring instruments (calipers and the like). Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented.
