We are now seeking machine operators/foundry workers for an exciting and long-term position in the manufacturing industry. As a machine operator/foundry worker, you will be an important part of production and work with both manual and mechanical tasks. The work tasks are varied and encompass the entire process from molding to processing of finished castings. You will work in an operation characterized by quality, safety, development, and strong teamwork. Your main responsibilities include: *Hand molding or shell molding as a central part of daily work *Mechanical and manual work within industrial production *Post-processing and handling of castings *Other work occurring within foundry and industrial operations The position is long-term with working hours scheduled for daytime or two-shift depending on operational needs. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and has a desire to develop. You thrive in a practical work environment where precision, safety, and collaboration are important parts of daily life.
