About the Position As a machine operator at Husqvarna AB, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating production machinery. Work tasks vary depending on which process and department you belong to. However, all roles share responsibility for machine monitoring, conducting thorough quality checks, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs. The role also includes material refilling and ensuring stable and efficient production. Work is primarily in a 4-shift system, which means rotation between day, evening, and night shifts, plus one weekend per month. A 2-shift schedule may also occur depending on the department, so you need to be flexible and open to both options. The machine operator position is a full-time consultant assignment with placement in Huskvarna. The assignment begins with a six-month trial period and then transitions to a permanent employment for the right candidate. About You You have a strong technical interest and enjoy practical work. As a colleague, you are helpful, cooperative, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. Since instructions are provided digitally in Swedish, it's important that you have a strong command of the language, both spoken and written. We appreciate if you are responsible and proactive, and can quickly master new tasks and processes. You work carefully with a clear quality mindset and are both communicative and curious with a desire for continuous development. Key Requirements for the Position: Previous experience as a machine operator or equivalent. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Forklifting license is desirable.
