We are looking for personnel for our shift organization within glass manufacturing. We work according to a shift schedule that involves longer periods of time off alternating with a number of shift passes. The role includes training as a machine operator, but initially you will likely work in various different roles and serve as backup at the machines.
You will receive all the training you need internally and there are great opportunities to develop within the company.
We value work experience and preferably within industry, that you live within commuting distance, and that you are interested in being part of a team with clear areas of responsibility.
You have high school education, preferably with a technical and/or practical focus. Above all, we see the willingness to learn as most important and we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
You are in good physical condition, have computer skills, and are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written. A driver's license and a car are a requirement if you do not live in the local area.

The position is full-time, shifts according to schedule. Salary according to collective agreement.
