About the Role As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for a fully automated machine consisting of a processing unit and a cutting station. The machine is specifically designed for our operations and manufactures some of our most critical products. You will oversee production on the machine and plan work based on the upcoming days' workflow in our WS Business system. An important part of the role is also handling technical challenges that arise. You troubleshoot, repair, and service the machine, working to quickly get production running again when something isn't functioning as it should. In some cases, ordering spare parts is also included. This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding how things work and doesn't give up when something is challenging. You will receive introduction and training upon employment, but will gradually take on significant responsibility for both production and the machine's function. You will work closely with your colleagues in the warehouse and are responsible for restocking products in pallet racks and shelving. Perhaps you have previously worked on and serviced machines, vehicles, or other technical equipment – through work, training, or in your spare time. You meet one or more of the following: You have previously worked as an automotive technician, service technician, or in another professional role that we consider equivalent. You have a strong interest in technology and tinker in your spare time. A forklift certification is a merit in this role. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
