Job Description
We're now hiring detail-oriented and committed machine operators for a process industry with 24/7 production!
You'll be working with operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment in a highly automated facility.
The role demands strong technical understanding, precision, and excellent collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Monitoring and adjusting machinery during ongoing production
*Troubleshooting and addressing minor technical issues
*Quality inspections of finished products
*Participating in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance
*Working day, evening, and night shifts
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
*Upper secondary education in technology/industrial fields or equivalent experience
*Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes
*Experience with shift work in production is a plus
*High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
*Swedish proficiency, both spoken and written
