You'll work with operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a highly automated facility. The work requires a high level of technical understanding, precision, and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: *Monitoring and adjusting machinery in ongoing production *Troubleshooting and addressing minor technical issues *Quality control of finished products *Participation in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance *Working day, evening, and night shifts Qualifications We're looking for someone with: *High school education in technology/industry or equivalent experience *Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes *Experience with shift work in production is a plus *High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures *Swedish proficiency in speaking and writing Additional Information Does this sound interesting?
