A workplace where you get to take responsibility, develop, and be an important part of a team that together creates high-quality products Your Role at Nobia As a machine operator, you work with monitoring, operating, and optimizing various types of machines in production. The role varies depending on department, but what you have in common is that you contribute to an efficient production flow where quality and collaboration are in focus. Your tasks include, among other things: Monitor and operate production machines Make settings, adjustments, and simple changeovers Perform quality checks of materials and finished products Troubleshoot and perform simple maintenance Contribute improvement suggestions for processes and work methods You work both independently and together with your colleagues, where collaboration and communication are important parts of your daily work. Your Background We are looking for someone who is technically interested, thorough, and enjoys an environment where things happen. You like taking responsibility, learning new things, and contributing to smooth operations.
