About the Position
We are now recruiting machine operators for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Piteå.
As a consultant with our client, you will have varying work days with different tasks depending on the department. Common to all roles is that precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are essential. Work tasks may include setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, as well as ensuring product quality by identifying and addressing any deviations. Bridge crane operation is also part of the work tasks.
This is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person. Working hours are shift-based. Common shift patterns are 3-shift, 4-shift, and 5-shift rotations. Day shifts may also occur, for example during the training period.
About You
We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in the industry. You thrive working toward shared goals, but also have the ability to take your own initiatives and drive your work forward with structure and precision. Good collaboration skills and communication abilities are highly valued, as is your willingness to develop and learn new things. Additionally, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Personal suitability carries significant weight, but we are particularly pleased if you have:
Experience working in production or industry.
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Forklift and/or bridge crane certification.
Education/experience in electrical work, trades, CNC, welding, or equivalent fields.
