YOUR DAILY WORK As a Machine Operator in the netting workshop, you are responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and keeping production running. You work close to the machines and ensure that manufacturing flows according to plan. The work includes ongoing adjustments, simple maintenance, and troubleshooting when deviations occur. You will learn the operations from the ground up and gradually build the knowledge required to independently handle the processes. The role combines machine monitoring with material handling, packaging, and forklift operation. Safety is a central part of the work and you will receive the training needed to work safely in the production environment. Examples of work tasks: Monitor and operate production machines Load material and change thread in the machines Perform simple maintenance and troubleshooting Bundle, wrap, and package finished products Manage material flows using a counterbalance forklift Working hours are scheduled during daytime between 06:30-16:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:30-13:00 on Fridays. WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone who is hardworking, responsible, and thrives in a production environment where safety, quality, and precision are in focus. To succeed in the role, we believe you have experience from industry, production, workshop, or similar environments. Perhaps you currently work as a machine operator, CNC operator, process operator, or production worker. As a person, you are driven, solution-oriented, and self-reliant. You contribute to a positive work environment and understand the importance of keeping your surroundings organized. We are looking for someone who: Has experience from industry, production, or workshop environments Has a forklift license and experience operating forklifts Has a Class B driver's license Is thorough, responsible, and safety-conscious Enjoys practical and somewhat repetitive work Has good teamwork skills and contributes to organization and order If you have experience with Monitor G5 or similar business or production systems, that is a merit.
