About the Position As a machine operator, you will operate a machine in our client's manufacturing facility. In addition, you will be responsible for adjustments and any technical issues that may arise. Working hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday on-site in Lund. In your role as a machine operator, your main responsibilities will include: - Monitor and operate a machine in production - Adjust the machine as needed - Troubleshoot any technical problems that occur with the machine This machine operator position is a consulting assignment starting immediately. About You We are looking for someone with a strong interest in production and technology. If you have previous experience as a machine operator, that is a plus, but it is not required. Above all, we value your willingness to learn and develop. You have a technical interest and preferably experience in technical troubleshooting, mechanical work, or similar areas. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. As a person, you are engaged, driven, and curious. You take responsibility for your work, have a positive attitude, and are motivated by developing and learning new tasks. Essential for the Position: - Strong skills in Swedish and English - Willingness to develop and learn new things Desirable for the Position: - Previous experience working as a machine operator - Experience or interest in technology and/or mechanics We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
