Bon Orbit is a company with a strong ownership base consisting of Svensk Däckåtervinning AB and Norsk Dekktretur A/S, with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry.
We produce high-performance recycled raw materials from end-of-life tires, which are marketed to customers around the world. Logistics and production flows are therefore critical to our success.
Right now we are in an expansive phase, where we are establishing the largest facility of its kind in Europe. This investment is being made to be able to offer recycled raw material of even higher quality and purity. Within a few years, revenue will exceed 300 MSEK. With the new facility, we set a new standard on the market and at the same time strengthen our global position.
Bon Orbit has a collective agreement through IKEM – Innovations and Chemical Industries in Sweden.
About the Role
As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring daily production runs safely, efficiently, and with the right quality. The role is operational and varied, where you work closely with both production, maintenance, and management.
You report to the Shift Leader with overall responsibility to the Facility Manager and work closely with both Operators and Mechanics.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the facility's machines and production lines
Inspect incoming material and handle any deviations
Perform process and quality controls and report deviations
Sort material and ensure correct handling in production
Operate wheel loaders and counterbalance forklifts
Perform basic operator maintenance and contribute to keeping machines in good condition
Maintain order and ensure cleanliness in production and yard areas
Follow routines, instructions, and safety regulations in daily work
Participate in reviews of work methods, routines, and improvements in production
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Has experience from industry, production, or similar operational work
Is responsible, thorough, and works in a structured manner
Has a forklift license and/or experience with wheel loaders (required)
Has a high focus on safety and quality
Is solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive work environment
Is flexible and wants to be part of developing work methods and routines
Other Information
The role is operational and takes place in production
The work involves daily handling of machines, materials, and equipment
Work according to established routines, work instructions, and safety regulations
Deviations, errors, and operational disruptions must be reported immediately to management
Order and cleanliness in the workplace are a natural part of daily work
Review and monitoring of routines and work methods occur on an ongoing basis
Actively participates in improvement work related to safety, quality, and work methods
