About the Company Bon Orbit is a company with a strong ownership base consisting of Svensk Däckåtervinning AB and Norsk Dekktretur A/S, with more than 30 years of combined experience in the industry. We produce high-performance recycled raw materials from used tires, which are marketed to customers around the world. Logistics and production flows are therefore crucial to our success. Right now we are in an expansive phase, where we are establishing the largest facility of its kind in Europe. About the Role As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that daily production runs safely, efficiently, and with the right quality. The role is operational and varied where you work closely with production, maintenance, and management. You report to the Shift Leader with overall responsibility under the Facility Manager and work closely with both Operators and Mechanics. Responsibilities Operate and monitor the facility's machines and production lines Inspect incoming materials and handle any deviations Perform process and quality checks and report deviations Sort materials and ensure correct handling in production Operate wheel loaders and counterbalance forklifts Perform basic operator maintenance and help keep machines in good condition Maintain order and ensure cleanliness in the production area and yard Follow routines, instructions, and safety regulations in daily work Participate in reviews of work methods, routines, and improvements in production We Are Looking for You If You Have experience from industry, production, or similar operational work Are responsible, thorough, and work in a structured manner Have a forklift certificate and/or experience operating wheel loaders (required) Have a strong focus on safety and quality Are solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment Are flexible and want to help develop work methods and routines Other Information The role is operational and takes place in production The work involves daily handling of machines, materials, and equipment Work is performed according to established routines, work instructions, and safety regulations Deviations, errors, and operational disruptions must be reported immediately to management Order and cleanliness in the workplace are a natural part of daily work Review and follow-up of routines and work methods occur continuously Actively participate in improvement work related to safety, quality, and work methods We Offer Opportunity to be part of the establishment and startup of Europe's largest facility for recycled tire raw materials An important role in a growing operation A reliable employer with a focus on safety and quality Opportunity to influence work methods and routines GDPR We process personal data in connection with recruitment in accordance with GDPR.
