Your Responsibilities
In the role of machine operator, you will operate and monitor production machines and perform simple adjustments and settings as needed. An important part of the work is following production, identifying any deviations, and ensuring that the finished product meets the company's quality standards.
You will work with:
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Simple machine adjustments and settings
- Quality control and documentation, with extensive signing according to GMP
- Material handling
- Contributing to orderliness, safety, and efficient production flow
- Participation in improvement and development work
Work is scheduled in shifts, which means you need to be able to work according to 3- or 5-shift schedules.
Your Background/Qualities
We are looking for someone with experience from industry or production who preferably has worked according to GMP or in a quality-controlled operation. You have a mechanical and technical interest, are thorough, and enjoy working in a structured manner.
To succeed in this role, you need to be responsible, flexible, and comfortable with 5-shift schedules. You have good Swedish skills in speaking and writing and enjoy collaborating in a team.
