Uniflex is now seeking operators for upcoming assignments in the industrial and production sector in Trollhättan and surrounding areas, including Uddevalla. Work hours and tasks may vary depending on the client. Shift work and work during evenings and/or nights and weekends may occur.
About the Position
In your role as an operator, you will work practically in production with a focus on safe operations, quality, and efficiency. The work is varied and conducted in close collaboration with colleagues in production, maintenance, and supervision.
You will often be part of a shift team and have ongoing dialogue with shift leaders. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you are expected to contribute to a well-functioning and safe production flow.
Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the advertisement period ends.
Your Responsibilities
The work is often physical and takes place in an active production environment where you may need to handle machines, materials, and technical equipment daily. Any production stoppages, errors, or deviations should be reported immediately to the responsible supervisor. Order and cleanliness are a natural and important part of daily work, and routines and work methods are continuously monitored and developed. You are also expected to actively participate in improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, and efficient work methods.
Tasks that may occur:
- Operation, monitoring, and handling of machines and production equipment
- Receiving and inspecting materials and handling deviations
- Performing process and quality control checks
- Sorting and proper material handling during production
- Operating wheel loaders and/or forklifts
- Basic maintenance tasks related to operator responsibilities
- Ensuring that the work environment, production, and areas remain clean and organized
- Following applicable instructions, routines, and safety regulations
