About the Job As a production worker at CC Tekstilservice, you'll be part of the team ensuring efficient operation of the laundry. You'll handle textiles within your area of responsibility through the production process, work with modern machinery, and help ensure deliveries are completed on time and to the right quality for our customers. Work takes place in production, where textiles like mops, mats, work clothes, and other customer textiles are registered, sorted, washed, and prepared for further finishing. After training, you'll take responsibility for part of the production flow and follow set routines for quality, efficiency, and good operations. This is an active and physical job with clear tasks, and the pace can vary throughout the day. The work involves some repetitive physical tasks, and work pace needs to be adjusted to the production flow and daily workload. It's therefore important that you have good work capacity, good physical ability, and a positive attitude to contributing when production demands it. We need a solution-oriented, reliable colleague who takes responsibility for completing tasks. During busy periods, it's important that you're ready to contribute flexibly, so production runs smoothly and deliveries are completed on time. The right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn carry significant weight with us. You must be able to communicate in a Scandinavian language or English and understand routines and safety requirements.
