Would you like to work in a modern production environment where technology, quality, and precision are the focus? We're now looking for a machine operator for our production of custom ventilation units. Here you'll have an important role in manufacturing components for our products and the opportunity to work with advanced sheet metal processing in a growing operation.
A Day on the Job
As a machine operator, you'll primarily work with our Salvagnini P2, a modern and automated edge bending machine for sheet metal processing. You're responsible for manufacturing parts according to drawings and production specifications while ensuring that quality and dimensions meet our requirements.
The work involves monitoring production, performing ongoing quality checks, and contributing to an efficient production flow. The role is varied and also includes supporting operations with manual edge bending when needed, giving you the opportunity to work with multiple aspects of the sheet metal processing process.
Currently, our production is based in Råstorp outside Markaryd, but production will be moving to Ljungby. The position is currently scheduled for daytime hours.

Are skilled at reading drawings and can translate them into practice
Have a good technical and practical understanding
Are accustomed to working according to instructions and drawings
Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
The role requires technical interest and a desire to understand both the process and the machine you work with. Since the work takes place in a modern and automated production environment, you need to be curious, solution-oriented, and quick to learn new work methods and systems.
You're comfortable taking responsibility for your work, have a structured approach, and enjoy solving problems as they arise. We also believe you're curious and have a desire to develop together with the company.
Prior experience with sheet metal processing, edge bending, or CNC-controlled machines is a merit. If you have experience with automated sheet metal processing or working with Salvagnini equipment, we consider that an extra plus.
