We are looking for someone with experience in industrial food production, line work, and packaging. The work is conducted periodically at a high pace, involving heavy lifting and includes varying tasks in manufacturing, packaging, labeling, inventory control, and documentation. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in an operation that follows GMP, HACCP, ISO, or other quality-assured procedures. Job responsibilities Your tasks will include: Preparing, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes. Working at various stages of the production line. Handling and monitoring industrial ovens, machinery, and other production equipment. Shaping, baking, and handling various types of gluten-free bakery products. Packaging finished products according to established instructions and quality requirements. Inspecting packaging, seals, and product quality. Labeling products and cartons with correct product information, dates, and batch numbers. Ensuring that labeling and packaging materials match the current product. Conducting and documenting self-inspections. Recording production tasks and reporting deviations. Conducting inventory checks and stock-taking of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Informing management when raw materials or consumables need to be ordered. Ensuring that production areas, machinery, and work tools are kept clean and organized according to company hygiene and GMP procedures. Participating in production planning and contributing to a safe and efficient production process. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience with production line work in bakery, food production, or other industrial manufacturing. Experience with packaging and handling of finished products. Ability to work at a high pace while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety. Ability to carefully follow recipes, work instructions, and established procedures. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling. Good ability to measure, weigh, and control ingredients and products. Ability to document completed work and perform simple administrative tasks. Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate in Swedish and English. Good teamwork skills and a responsible work approach. Desirable experience It is advantageous if you have experience with: Gluten-free food production or gluten-free baking. Industrial production lines, ovens, and packaging machines. Self-inspections, production logs, and deviation reporting. Inventory control and stock-taking of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Product labeling, date marking, and batch management. Traceability work in food production. GMP, HACCP, IFS, ISO, or similar quality and food safety systems.
