About the Position We are now seeking an experienced operator for our production. The role suits you if you have solid machine experience in the wood industry and enjoy a technical and practical role where you work closely with both machines and production. As an Operator with us, the work includes CNC operation, programming, and machine adjustments. You will also work on troubleshooting, minor repairs, and participate in improvement work in production. We would appreciate it if you have an eye for the overall workflow and understand how different parts of production affect each other. To thrive in the role, we believe you are structured, methodical, and self-directed. You are accustomed to taking personal responsibility, find it easy to solve problems, and are confident in tackling technical challenges on your own in your daily work. We would like to see that you have experience with business systems, preferably Monitor or similar systems.
