In this role, you'll have a broad and varied day-to-day experience working with both customers and technical equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment are in good condition through service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. Work is primarily performed from the facility, but assignments at customer sites occur regularly. You will also provide advice on various machinery solutions, support customers in their equipment choices, and contribute to efficient deliveries and returns. Your responsibilities include: - Service, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment - Troubleshooting and quality controls - Customer advice and product guidance - Handling of equipment intake and returns - Administrative tasks related to operations - Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements You will become part of a collaborative team where people help each other and work together to create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Working hours are daytime. Start immediately or by agreement! Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong service focus who enjoys combining hands-on work with customer contact.
