About the Position Ikett is now seeking a dedicated professional who wants to work with service, maintenance, and customer support in the machinery and equipment field for our client in Lund! In this role, you'll have a broad and diverse day-to-day experience where you work with both customers and technical equipment. You'll be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are in good condition through service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Work is primarily performed from the facility, but regular assignments at customer sites occur. You'll also provide advice on various machinery solutions, support customers in their equipment choices, and contribute to efficient deliveries and returns. Your responsibilities include: - Service, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment - Troubleshooting and quality control - Customer advisory and product guidance - Handling of equipment intake and returns - Administrative tasks related to operations - Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements You'll become part of a collaborative team where members help each other and work together to create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Working hours are daytime. Start immediately or by agreement! Your Profile We're looking for someone with a strong service focus who enjoys combining hands-on work with customer interaction. You're responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same. To succeed in this position, we believe you: - Have professional and customer-oriented communication - Are self-motivated and take initiative when needed - Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in teams - Work systematically and carefully - Have an interest in technology, machinery, and practical solutions - Are flexible and adaptable in different work situations Requirements: - At least two years of experience in service work, repairs, and machinery knowledge - Fluent Swedish skills in speaking and writing, and good English skills - Good computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel - Class B driver's license Merits: - Experience operating wheel loaders or other large machinery - Operator's license for relevant machinery - Experience from machinery rental operations We review applications on a rolling basis and contact only those who meet the application requirements.
