About the role As a Machine Operator, you will play a central role in the daily handling of materials. Your work will consist of operating wheel loaders and material handlers, sorting materials, loading transports, and contributing to a safe and efficient operation. The work is conducted in close collaboration with colleagues and clients, which requires both responsibility and good teamwork skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and takes responsibility for what you do. You are a person who sees solutions rather than problems and who thrives in an operation where we continuously build, develop, and improve work methods together. We place great emphasis on personality and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a positive and engaged workplace. Operations are conducted during daytime. We want you to have: Experience with wheel loaders Class B driver's license Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written Responsible and safety-conscious Solution-oriented mindset Merits Experience from mining or industrial operations Experience working within Boliden or similar operations Fork lift certification or other machinery certifications Experience in material handling or recycling What we offer With us, you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing and developing operation.
