Machine Operator for farm management at Hedareds Sand & Betong

You will be an important part of the operation where safety, collaboration, and responsibility are in focus.
About the position
In this role, you will primarily work with loading and handling finished concrete elements such as walls and slabs. The goods are large and heavy, which requires high levels of accuracy, safety awareness, and careful handling. You will have daily contact with drivers who collect goods and be an important representative for the business. Since you work in a small team, you are expected to be flexible and assist with other tasks as needed, both on the yard and in production.
Work tasks
Loading and unloading concrete elements
Operation of forklifts and wheel loaders
Contact with drivers and transport companies
Material handling on the yard
Support production as needed
Contribute to a safe and well-organized workplace
We are looking for someone who has:
Forklift certification TPL10 and A1-A4 and B1-B4
Wheel loader certification (C2)
Experience operating radio-controlled tower cranes
Experience operating diesel trucks, wheel loaders, or similar machinery in outdoor environments
Driver's license B and access to your own vehicle to get to the workplace
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience with yard work or material handling
Worked with concrete, reinforcement, or similar materials
Familiarity with using various tools
Experience with basic construction or carpentry work
