Tegelbruksskolan in Klippan conducts various vocational training programs targeting the electrical, construction, and automotive industries at the upper secondary level, adult education level, and vocational higher education level, as well as commissioned training programs.

DUTIES
Would you like to be part of training the future skilled workers in the construction industry, both young people and adults?
We are now seeking a Machinery and Construction Instructor for our construction program at the upper secondary level and adult education in Klippan.
About the Position
As a teacher with us, you will work with both practical and theoretical instruction in construction. The position involves teaching at both the upper secondary and adult education levels, which provides varied and developmental work with different student groups.
Responsibilities
- Instruction in machinery and construction work
- Practical field components as well as theoretical teaching
- Mentoring of students and APL (work-based learning)
- Planning, documentation, and follow-up of instruction at school and at APL sites
- Collaboration with colleagues
- Good industry contacts are crucial.
QUALIFICATIONS
You need documented and verified experience working in the industry. It is a great advantage if you have previous teaching experience, ideally with completed teacher training and certification/teaching degree in machinery and construction.
We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in students' knowledge development, as well as someone with the ability to build and maintain relationships with students.
You have a strong ability to deliver high-quality training with excellent goal achievement, with documented good results in instruction in this field.
Requirement to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing. Competence in working with digital tools is an advantage for managing parts of the job.
- Professional experience in construction and/or contracting
- Good experience with GPS-guided machinery and digital surveying
- Strong knowledge of safety, machinery, and modern working methods
- Pedagogical ability and interest in sharing your knowledge
- Category B driver's license (required), but additional licenses are welcome.
