State limited liability company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR NURSING ASSISTANT in the Hemodialysis Department (31st) Main job responsibilities: perform nursing-assigned activities to meet patients' basic needs; assist in preparing patients for procedures; assist nurses in performing various procedures; maintain the hemodialysis room after each hemodialysis session (making patient beds, cleaning, changing bed linens); clean facilities. Requirements for candidates: nursing assistant education preferred; registration in the state register of healthcare professionals preferred; experience working as a nursing assistant preferred; compulsory state language proficiency; excellent interpersonal skills; kindly and responsive attitude; sense of responsibility and accuracy. We offer: consolidated schedule with 12-hour day shifts (8:00-20:00); base hourly rate for junior nursing assistant 5.49 EUR/h Gross, for nursing assistant 6.09 EUR/h Gross; health insurance after 6 months of service; supplements in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for night hours, work seniority, etc.); additional variable work compensation (amount depends on achieving work targets); facilitated conditions for medical care at the Hospital; free psycho-emotional support for Hospital employees; responsible, dynamic and interesting work.
