State Limited Liability Company "Paula Stradiņa Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR NURSING ASSISTANT at the Early Rehabilitation Ward (ARG) Main duties: • Perform nursing-assigned activities to meet patients' basic needs; • Perform nursing-assigned activities related to patient admission and discharge from the hospital; • Perform hygiene procedures for patients; • Follow nursing instructions that ensure the performance of prescribed diagnostic and treatment procedures for ward patients, etc. Requirements for candidates: • Nursing assistant education preferred; • Registration in the state register of healthcare professionals preferred; • Experience in patient care preferred; • State language proficiency mandatory; • Excellent interpersonal skills (friendly, responsive attitude); • Sense of responsibility and accuracy. We offer: • Working hours: 8:00-16:00 / 8:00-18:00; • Hourly BASE rate for junior nursing assistant 5.30 EUR/h Gross, nursing assistant 5.75 EUR/h Gross; • Allowances in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for night shift work, for work experience, etc.); • Average monthly salary for 168h (including allowance for night shift work) for junior nursing assistant starting from 1114.00 EUR Gross up to 1223 Gross, nursing assistant starting from 1208.00 EUR Gross up to 1410 Gross; • Additional variable compensation (amount depends on achievement of work targets); • Preferential conditions for medical care at the hospital; • Free psycho-emotional support for hospital employees; • Stable remuneration and social guarantees; • Responsible, dynamic and interesting work; CV and application: To apply for the vacancy, click here.
