State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR NURSING ASSISTANT in the 27th Cardiology Department Key Responsibilities: • Perform nursing assistant duties to meet patients' basic needs as directed by the nurse; • Perform nursing assistant duties related to patient admission and discharge from the hospital; • Perform hygiene procedures for patients; • Follow nurse instructions to ensure the execution of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for department patients, etc. Requirements for applicants: • Desired: nursing assistant qualification; • Desired: registration in the State Register of Healthcare Professionals; • Desired: experience working as a nursing assistant or orderly; • Required: knowledge of the state language; • Excellent interpersonal skills; • Friendly and responsive attitude; • Sense of responsibility and precision. We Offer: • Working hours daily from 09:00 to 17:00 or four-day shift work - 08:00-18:00 or 10:00-20:00 or 09:00-19:00; • Hourly base rate for junior nursing assistant 5.30 EUR/h Gross, nursing assistant 5.75 EUR/h Gross; • Supplements in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for day shift, work experience, etc.); • Monthly salary for 168h junior nursing assistant starting from 1114.00 EUR Gross, nursing assistant starting from 1208.00 EUR Gross; • Free psycho-emotional support for Hospital employees; • Health insurance after 6 months of service; • Responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • Professional development opportunities.
