Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' health status. Identify clients' self-care level, problems, and possible interventions;
Assist clients with necessary hygiene procedures, according to care levels (washing, oral hygiene, teeth, ear, and nose care procedures);
Participate in preparing clients for physical and psychological treatment processes, rehabilitation, and development;
Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to the Agency's clients and employees.
Job Details:
Permanent position;
Work schedule: Full-time;
Work location: Iecavas iela 4, Baldone, Ķekavas novads;
Salary: from 841.00 EUR to 1011.00 EUR (gross, before employee tax withholding);
Health insurance after successful probation period.
Requirements for Candidates:
Nursing assistant qualification;
Registration in the Healthcare Professionals Register;
Understanding of social care work organization;
State language proficiency in accordance with the State Language Law;
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, within your professional competencies;
Good communication skills, accuracy and responsibility, kindness and empathy.
