We invite you to work as a Nursing Assistant at the "Rūja" branch (for an indefinite period, 1.0 position).
Position Purpose: To ensure quality client care under the supervision of a general care nurse at the branch.
Requirements for candidates:
Secondary professional or first-level professional higher education;
Registration in the Healthcare Professionals Register; Nursing Assistant qualification;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, client-oriented approach, and focus on positive work results.
Valid electronic signature.
Main Responsibilities:
Assess clients' health status, identify their self-care level, problems, and possible interventions;
Train clients to perform complex care (skills to assess their health, maintain personal hygiene, etc.);
Assist clients in performing necessary hygiene procedures according to care levels (washing, oral cavity, teeth, ear, nose hygiene procedures);
Participate in preparing clients for physical and psychological treatment, rehabilitation, and development;
Develop and enhance clients' self-determination abilities, communicative and self-service skills, ability to adapt to the social environment, and promote client integration into society (communication and behavioral culture, table manners, financial planning, shopping skills, etc.);
Provide first aid.
We Offer:
Work experience in state administration;
Regular working hours;
Salary from 1100 EUR - 1108 EUR gross; during trial period, salary up to EUR 1101;
Monthly supplement of 10% related to special risk;
Health insurance after 3 months of work;
Friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues;
Special supplement for healthcare professionals for work experience up to 8% of the fixed monthly salary (certificates of work experience from previous employers must be submitted);
Additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual assessment (from 4 - 10 working days per year).
