Nurse (General Care Nurse)
in the Sports Department of the Education Directorate of the Central Administration
for an indefinite period
Position Objective:
To ensure health care for athletes at events organized by the Education Directorate and Children and Youth Sports School, providing first aid, conducting preventive health examinations, and promoting a safe and health-promoting environment.
Main Duties:
Provide first aid at events organized by the Education Directorate and Children and Youth Sports School, as needed, at team competitions and training sessions for students and employees, as well as visitors, until specialized care is provided;
In cooperation with a sports physician, organize medical examinations for Children and Youth Sports School students and monitor the health of athletes during classes;
Maintain ethics in professional activities and ensure confidentiality in professional work;
Organize educational activities for Children and Youth Sports School students, parents, and employees;
Consult Education Directorate employees and Children and Youth Sports School coaches on first aid matters;
Comply with basic hygiene requirements, maintain a clean and safe work environment, in accordance with infection control requirements.
Requirements for Candidates for the Nurse (General Care Nurse) Position in the Education Directorate of the Central Administration:
First-level higher education or professional secondary education in nursing;
At least 1 year of professional experience;
Knowledge of legislation regulating the medical field;
Ability to establish professional cooperation with Education Directorate and Children and Youth Sports School employees, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions;
Communication and organizational skills;
Knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidelines necessary for job performance related to sports and organization of sporting events.
State language proficiency at the highest level and knowledge of at least one foreign language (participation in international competitions required);
Ability to use information technology.
Salary – 594.50 eur (before tax), which is 0.5 full-time equivalent of the salary 1189 eur.
Candidates for the Nurse (General Care Nurse) position in the Education Directorate of the Central Administration must submit the following documents:

Copies of documents confirming education and qualifications (with attachments), including copies of professional competence development course documents completed in the last three years.
