Permanent, full-time position as a general care nurse SIA "Ziemeļkurzemes reģionālā slimnīca" Internal Medicine Department at the Talsi Branch SIA "Ziemeļkurzemes reģionālā slimnīca" is one of the largest regional healthcare institutions in Latvia, providing quality healthcare services in Ventspils and Talsi. We invite you to join our team as a general care nurse in the Internal Medicine Department at the Talsi Branch. We expect: registration in the Register of Healthcare Professionals and a valid healthcare professional certificate in nursing; desirable previous work experience; excellent communication and collaboration skills; high sense of responsibility, accuracy, and empathetic attitude toward patients; ability to independently organize your work and make decisions within your competence; good computer skills and experience with electronic patient data management systems; ability to work in a dynamic environment. We offer: stable employment and social guarantees; allowances in accordance with labor law and the collective agreement for night hours worked and work experience; shift work according to work schedule; salary from 8.425 EUR/h (gross); free access to the swimming pool; health insurance after the probation period, if the hospital is your primary workplace. Main job responsibilities: provide quality and professional patient care in the Internal Medicine Department; participate in patient care and organize care work; accurately perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures prescribed by the physician; document care activities and therapeutic procedures performed for patients; comply with infection control, occupational safety, and patient data protection requirements; collaborate with physicians and other healthcare specialists to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
