Salaspils Municipality Preschool Educational Institution "SALASPILS 2.PIRMSSKOLA" REGISTRATION NO. 90001262761 Invites to join our team NURSE / General Care NURSE (profession code 2221 46) Part-time (0.5) per week for an indefinite period REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Professional or 1st level higher professional education in nursing recognized in the Republic of Latvia; nurses must be registered in the nurses register. Good knowledge of the state language. Work experience in a preschool educational institution; Must be familiar with laws, Cabinet regulations and normative acts regulating medical and sanitary requirements in preschool educational institutions; experience in developing relevant documentation in preschool educational institutions is desirable. Good computer skills (Word, Excel); Communicability, ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Accuracy, initiative, ability to provide suggestions and justifications to management and high sense of responsibility for professional activities. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide first aid in cases of injuries and acute illnesses; Conduct personal hygiene checks of students; regularly perform lice screening; Record students absent due to illness, isolate sick students, notifying parents; Perform anthropometric measurements of students; Promote and popularize healthy lifestyle among students, their parents and Institution employees; Monitor the sanitary condition of premises and territory in accordance with normative acts; Together with Institution administration, organize, control and ensure comprehensive measures to protect children's life and safety; Develop action plans in cases of infectious diseases; Be responsible for compliance with sanitary and anti-epidemic regime, organize necessary disinfection measures; Prepare requisitions for medications, bacteriological preparations, disinfectants, medical instruments and equipment; Maintain required medical documentation.
