Priekuļu Preschool Education Institution "Mežmaliņa" invites a general care nurse (professional code 2221 46) to work full-time on an indefinite basis. Main job responsibilities: provide medical assistance to children and staff; organize, monitor, and ensure compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards and preventive measures in the educational institution and on its territory; maintain educational medical documentation as prescribed by regulatory acts; register medical documents in the preschool online system; plan and monitor mandatory periodic health examinations for employees; ensure compliance with epidemiological measures; prepare and stock first aid kits; monitor and control the quality and process of meal provision; maintain meal service records and administration; promote healthy lifestyle among children, their parents, and staff by participating in the institution's educational and training activities; consult with parents on children's health and wellness matters. Requirements for candidates: Medical education as prescribed by Cabinet of Ministers regulations, registration in the Healthcare Professionals (Nurses) Register; ability to plan and ensure quality work in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; psychological stability, high communication culture, and communication skills; State language proficiency at the highest level; ability to work with office equipment and information technologies. Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
