State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration no. 40003457109) invites applications for GENERAL CARE NURSE at the Outpatient Clinic (profession code: 222146) Main job responsibilities: • organization and coordination of the outpatient consultation process; • provision of equipment necessary for clinic operations, including ordering and inventory of medical supplies and disinfection agents; • ensuring compliance with hygiene and anti-epidemic protocols in the clinic; • provision of outpatient care within the scope of competence; • performing medical procedures prescribed by the physician, including wound care and dressing changes; • assistance during surgical procedures; • patient education on injection techniques, medication use and storage; • assessment of patient care processes and outcomes, ensuring quality and patient-centered care. Requirements for candidates: • education in nursing; • registration in the State Register of Healthcare Professionals; • ability to prioritize, quick response and action in emergency situations; • mandatory proficiency in the state language; • excellent communication skills; • willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills; • accuracy, high sense of responsibility; • good knowledge of standard office software.
