State Limited Liability Company "Paula Stradiņa Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSE in the Acute Surgery Department (57th Ward) (Profession code: 222146) Main duties: • Assess and monitor patients' vital functions and health status; • Perform medical procedures prescribed by physicians (wound dressing, fluid aspiration, etc.); • Prepare patients for acute and scheduled surgeries, prepare the environment and equipment for surgical procedures, assist the physician during surgical interventions, evaluate the patient care process and its outcomes, etc. Requirements for applicants: • Education in nursing; • Registration in the State Register of Healthcare Professionals; • Previous work experience in the specialty is desirable; • Ability to prioritize, quick reaction time and ability to act in emergency situations; • Excellent communication skills, precision, high sense of responsibility; • Ability to work independently and in a team; • Mandatory knowledge of the state language.
