No. 50003342481) invites you to join our team At the Clinic "Pārdaugava" Viļa Plūdoņa Street 1, Riga NURSES (general care nurses) (profession code: 222146) (for an indefinite period, full-time) Your main responsibilities: Professionally organize and deliver patient care in the outpatient department for patients with mental health and developmental disorders. Monitor patient health status, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being. Ensure accurate and attentive medication management, always considering patient safety. Provide consultations and practical support within your area of competence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, psychologists, etc.) to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient treatment. Adhere to infection control requirements and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Educate patients and their family members, providing practical advice on health recovery and maintenance. Accurately and timely complete all necessary documentation to ensure the best care for patients. We are looking for a colleague who has: First-level professional education or higher medical education. Registration in the healthcare professionals register as a nurse. Desired specialization and experience in psychiatry and narcology. Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Respectful and honest attitude toward each patient. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities, ability to work independently and in a team. Emotional resilience in intensive work conditions and emergency situations. High sense of responsibility, ability to prioritize, continuous decision-making. Ability to use information and communication technologies. We offer: Stable and regular salary starting from 1389.00 EUR (gross) for full-time work. Normal working hours - 40 hours per week (day shift). Supplements for occupational hazards - 12%. Social guarantees and other supplements in accordance with the Labor Collective Agreement.
