INVITES GENERAL CARE NURSES to work at the "Lielbērze" branch (for an indefinite period, 1 position, 0.5 full-time equivalent)
Requirements for candidates:
middle or higher professional education in the relevant field;
medical practitioner registration;
professional work experience of at least one year (preferred).
knowledge of the operating principles and usage rules of technical equipment necessary for work.
good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented approach and focus on positive work results.
valid electronic signature.
Main responsibilities:
ensure quality monitoring of clients' health status and provide first and emergency medical assistance;
carry out physician-prescribed orders and instructions accurately and precisely;
ensure receipt, storage, and use of medicines, dressing materials, psychotropic, narcotic, and equivalent psychotropic medicines in accordance with regulatory requirements;
carry out education of clients and their relatives on health promotion and health care matters, etc.
We offer:
salary and social guarantees in accordance with public administration regulations;
work experience in public administration;
salary from (gross) 667 EUR - 671 EUR (for half-time); during probation period salary up to 667.5 EUR;
10% allowance for work related to special hazards;
special allowance for medical practitioners for work experience up to 8% of the established monthly salary (work experience certificates from previous employers must be submitted);
health insurance after 3 months of work;
accumulated working time - 17.5 hours per week;
friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues;
additional leave for special hazards (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (from 4 - 10 working days per year).
