At Tenstar Simulation, you'll have the chance to develop our global marketing – making it an integral part of our sales process and our sales success! Together with your engaged team of 5 people, you'll handle everything from major events to social media. Your Role As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the work of our marketing department. In close collaboration with our CEO, you will develop and implement Tenstar's global marketing strategy – with a focus on generating leads and creating business opportunities. You will, among other things: Implement and execute our marketing plan. Work closely with the sales team and other key functions within the organization to develop our communication with existing and potential customers. Ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to reaching our sales and brand goals. Evaluate the impact of our marketing activities. Contribute to lead generation by developing your team's working methods and processes. We are looking for someone who Has a business-driven mindset and is driven by creating measurable impact through marketing. You combine an analytical perspective with a creative mind and have the ability to inspire both your team and your colleagues. We see that you have: Relevant marketing education at university or business school level (e.g., Berghs, IHM, or equivalent). At least 5 years of experience in marketing with close connection to sales, preferably in a small or medium-sized organization. Experience in digital marketing. Experience leading teams and having personnel responsibility. Good understanding of product sales. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. Why Tenstar?
