WHAT YOU'LL DO WITH US As a market analyst in Front Office, you will closely monitor the financial markets. You analyze developments in Sweden and internationally with a focus on interest rate and foreign exchange markets. Your work includes regularly reporting on market developments to other parts of the bank in the form of daily market letters. You will also contribute to the unit's other work within market analysis, both in writing and with oral presentations to management. An important task is also to provide market information to the foreign exchange reserves management. YOUR TEAM Front Office in the Markets Department consists of 10 people and is responsible for implementing the Riksbank's monetary policy. Front Office also manages the Riksbank's financial assets and is responsible for market-close analysis at the Riksbank. ABOUT YOU You have a university/college degree in economics and a strong interest in financial markets, as well as knowledge of Swedish and international interest rate and foreign exchange markets. You write and present your analysis in a pedagogical manner in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have experience working with financial market analysis, have used Bloomberg, have programming skills, and have an interest in solving tasks with code in, for example, Python. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are self-driven, take initiative, and have a holistic view that allows you to understand and identify what is important. You are calm, stable, and can maintain focus even under tight deadlines. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and take pride in always doing your best and take responsibility for delivering your tasks on time.
