Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator, you own the daily execution and production of our marketing – you create content and materials, drive our digital channels and events, and translate strategy into consistent, brand-compliant output. Responsibilities • Create and produce marketing materials in-house – brochures, datasheets, presentations, training materials, and event graphics – according to brand standards. • Maintain a steady content pace across LinkedIn, newsletters, web news, application notes, and customer case studies, writing and editing with consistent brand voice. • Maintain our Webflow website (after handover from our brand agency Kelp) and manage social channels daily. • Coordinate trade shows and events from start to finish – logistics, booths, materials, and follow-up. • Execute launch campaigns across all channels, and generate and nurture leads in our CRM (Upsales). • Support our reseller network with current materials, launch kits, and co-marketing assets. What we'd like to see in you Our working language is primarily English; Swedish is a merit – valuable for content and materials supporting our direct sales in the Swedish market – but not a requirement. Beyond that, the following are desirable rather than absolute requirements: • You enjoy creating yourself – sharp at both copywriting and design, and can produce brochures and datasheets according to our visual identity. • Experience in B2B marketing – or the talent and drive to quickly get there. • Comfortable with CRM (Upsales a plus) and marketing tools; Webflow experience is an advantage. • Organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. • Comfortable with technical products and translating them into clear, engaging communication.
